Description of Works
A four metre rear extension to the rear of the property created a large eat in kitchen / breakfast room with sliding doors leading out on to a landscaped garden. The property also benefitted from a loft conversion to create a master bedroom and en-suite on the top floor. The house was full refurbished throughout including being re-plastered and fully decorated, re-wired and a new boiler and mega flow system was also installed.
I’m absolutely chuffed with how my flat has turned out. Marek and his crew really sorted everything – the new ceilings, walls, and flooring give the place a proper modern feel, and the upgraded electrics and plumbing have made a world of difference. The garden’s been given a brilliant makeover with sleek landscaping and a secure fence, turning it into my very own little oasis. The attention to detail with the furnishings is spot on.
