Description of Works
Originally 1100 sq ft three-bedroom terrace house, Kingwood Road had planning approval to increase the square footage to 1550 sq ft. This included a side return and rear extension as well as a full front to back mansard, creating a further two bedrooms and bathroom pod on top floor half landing. The property was fully refurbished from top to bottom, including new ceilings and plastering throughout, three bathrooms, new kitchen and redecoration.
This project ran very smoothly and Marek was our main point of contact during the project, bringing in various different tradesman when needed. We were very happy with the standard of finishing and would definitely recommend him to others
