1930's terraced property, extended to the rear and loft extension

Description of Works

A four metre rear extension to the rear of the property created a large eat in kitchen / breakfast room with bi-fold doors leading out on to a landscaped garden. The property also benefitted from a loft conversion to create a master bedroom and en-suite on the top floor. The house was full refurbished throughout including being re-plastered and fully decorated, re-wired and a new boiler and mega flow system was also installed.
