Five bedroom Victorian refurbishment and extension including full basement, side return and loft extension

Description of Works

The property was fully extended from a three-bedroom terrace to create a five-bedroom 4 storey property including a full basement and loft conversion, 4 bathrooms, main kitchen and additional basement utility, fully re-plastered, re-wired and re-plumbed with mega flow system, as well as a fire sprinkler system to comply with building regulations. Advi Construction’s joiner created bespoke oak MDF wardrobes with built-in drawers in the bedrooms and bespoke shelving for the media room in the basement.
