Description of Works

This three-bedroom Victorian terrace property was had been in the same ownership for several decades and was extremely dated when purchased by the current owner. Advi Construction worked with local architects to take the property back to brick with the addition of a full front to back basement conversion, rear extension to the kitchen full front to back mansard, to create and additional two bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor.
