Victorian first floor flat, refurbished and extended in to the loft space and roof terrace
Description of Works
Originally a two-bedroom, 1-bathroom property, the owner purchased the roof space from the landlord and permission granted for a loft conversion and roof terrace. The property was re-configured to create a vaulted roof space with kitchen and breakfast room on the top floor leading out on to the terrace. The property was fully refurbished, including full electrical re-wire, new combi-boiler and heating system, new bathrooms and kitchen.
This was the second project I’ve used Marek for. I find his standard of work to be excellent – he’s not necessarily the quickest and he won’t cut corners, but the end result is a premium and very professional finish. He has a good network of contacts in the trade to get the right quality of materials. I created a mezzanine kitchen with a full glass balustrade overlooking the sitting room and it looked fantastic. Very happy
