Lower ground floor Grade II listed terraced flat, extended to the rear and fully refurbished
Description of Works
This was a lower ground floor flat that originally spanned across two basement flats. It was fully refurbished, all new plaster, new ceilings, new bathrooms and a new kitchen as well as a 3 metre rear extension.
This flat is Grade II listed so we were a little restricted as to what we could do, but it worked out really well and Advi sourced the right materials that were required by the planners. The worst thing was dealing with the neighbours but Marek was very considerate to them
